Lab Puppy Has Had Runny Diaheria For A Week

The puppy has had round #1 of shots & 1 round of de-worming. I am still worried, though it has only been 4 hours. We have been transitioning her from the breeders puppy food to a science diet puppy food for the past 4 days, but her poop seemed normal/solid, just changed to the lighter brown of her new dogfood.
